At Galaxy Products Pty Ltd, we value our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees your rights to a repair, replacement, or refund in certain situations, and we also go beyond these obligations by offering refunds for change-of-mind purchases (subject to conditions).

Under the ACL, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product or service you purchase from us:

Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after making a purchase.

- The product is returned within 30 days of purchase;
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging;
- You provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or invoice); and
- The product is in resalable condition.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product fault.
Returns for Faulty or Defective Products
If a product you purchased is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will provide a repair, replacement, or full refund in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You will not be charged any handling or return fees for faulty products.
How to Request a Refund or Return

Once we receive your request, weβll confirm the next steps, including whether the product needs to be returned for inspection.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method (unless otherwise agreed).
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
- If the product is faulty or the error was ours, we will cover all return shipping costs.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
